About Us
OptiDeploy helps Canadian businesses buy the right laptops without confusion, hype, or guesswork. The market is built to overwhelm with misleading discounts, unnecessary specs, and consumer advice that doesn’t translate to business use. We exist to remove that friction and replace it with clarity.
Instead of endless options, OptiDeploy focuses on what actually matters: matching the right machine to the right role at a fair, current Canadian price. The result is faster decisions, fewer mistakes, and confidence that you didn’t overpay or buy the wrong thing.
Our Process
We evaluate laptops the same way large enterprises do, using real-world usage data, to define requirements and perform price analyses, not marketing claims. Models are compared on value, longevity, and role fit, then filtered down to only the options that make sense right now.
If a deal isn’t genuinely good, it doesn’t make the list. No upsells, no artificial discounts, no jargon, just clear recommendations backed by data and current Canadian pricing.
About Our Founder
OptiDeploy was founded by Steve Gietz, an IT leader with over 15 years of experience purchasing and managing computer fleets across multinational organizations.
After seeing both enterprises and small businesses struggle with the same broken purchasing model, and later witnessing how misleading consumer pricing really is, he rebuilt OptiDeploy to bring clarity, fairness, and data-driven decision-making to business laptop buying.
